@ Brendon

If your asking what globes are in the Lancer.
Low Beam: 9006/HB4 ... 51watt bulb (use 55W as a replacement)
High Beam: 9005/HB3 .... 60watt bulb
Fog Light: H11 ... 55watt bulb

I have the Plus 100 - ADR approved globes
HB3 - 48344BL (or BL2 for a pack of 2 globes)
HB4 - 48343BL (or BL2 for a pack of 2 globes)

Chose them because I wanted a more white light rather than the blue the Arctic give

Wanted to point out that the OSRAM Intense bulbs are the exact same (NARVA sell rebranded OSRAM here.)

ECE safety requirements are the exact same as ADR; thus they're ADR approved.

Do these bulbs compare to the Phillips Diamond vision bulbs. Cause I see some lancers out there with really bright bulbs but dont know what they use.

It depends
Some have diamond vision, which is a bright white light, I've got artic blue which more blue then white and then for really bright lights more then likely they are HIDs
Mine's quicker then yours!!!
