If Times need to be adjusted please allow for this, this is only an update of the draft for the event. If all is well, i will post to say its 100% a go, if not i will notify everyone. PLEASE WATCH THIS THREAD.
What: Combined ACT/NSW Cruise
Where: Destination - Batemans Bay NSW
When: July 14th 2012
How: The cruise will be split up into 2 states and 3 objectives so to speak.
- 1a - For ACT: Cruise Starts From Bungendore (More details below), 15 minutes outside of Queanbeyan, in the main street car park. Due to possible sport on, their might be a change of plans for the meet point.
1b - For NSW: Cruise Starts from Pheasants Nest Rest stop (More details below), cruise will then follow the Hume Highway all the way down to Batehaven, Batemans bay. BUT we will be meeting at Braidwood, on the way to cruise together.
2 - The meet point will be between 10:30 and 11:00 (Allowing sydney siders to be able to have lunch, hang out, etc before heading back (Or staying)) at Braidwood, NSW, about an hour outside of Batemans Bay, New South Wales. Allowing us all to cruise together
I Will have contact details from people in each "Group" incase plans change for meet points.
3 - Cruise Home or Staying the night. Up to each member.

The Plan for the Day!
The day will start off with everyone driving to their meet point (or not) and heading to the destination of BRAIDWOOD, NSW to join up with everyone to then cruise to Batehaven, Batemans Bay, NSW.
The targeted time of Arrival at the destination is between 11:30AM and 12:30PM, Giving everyone a chance to get there with plenty of time. If we know you are coming we WILL NOT leave without you.
After everyone arrives, we ill have a long lunch, inc. a meal, chat, drinks, the usual allowing members to catch up and get to know each other.
After that, we will then discuss as a group what people would like to do for the next few hours, might be a cruise to take photos somewhere, beach, walk, shopping, what ever you would like to do.
As there are a few members going, and some have travelled long distances to come here, feel free to do what ever you like after the group lunch, you may leave or go out on your own.
towards the afternoon, allowing enough time for Sydney siders, etc to leave to get home, depending on when they need to be back, also ACT members too. If you plan on staying and haven't got accommodation for the night, nows a time to find some. Take note, it is the final weekend for school holidays so expect places to be booked out. Always be able to find somewhere
Note: For those members who are staying, we can plan dinner, or night activities if wanted.
