Hi Everyone

Post up the accidents that you have been in that have damaged yours or someone else's lancer.

I will start.

My lancer has had 3 incidents

1. A guy reversed into me while it was parked on the road. he didn't leave a note and left for the weekend. it was the neighbour...

2. traffic was stopped on a road and a guy in front of me decided to reverse. When he got out of the car he nearly fell over he was that drunk. some witnesses called the cops and he got done for high range.

3. I was in the carpark at westfield in Newcastle and a car in front of me in the aisle decided to reverse to get closer to his partner that was walking towards them. front bar was slightly damaged.

My car is a grey lancer and all these accidents have one thing in common. Another car reversed into me.

Well I Haven't had an accident in my lancer " Touch Wood " But this is my Magna I Had before I got my Lancer , A Young Learner Driver T - Boned It , She was edging towards the intersection & when she saw us coming she panicked & hit the accelerator instead of the brake .... And NRMA wrote it off Hence why I became a Lancer Owner

Had 3 incedents in my car. Ive owned my car since I started driving at 16, every incedent has never been my fault and ive never been in the car when it happend.

First incedent, was moving house and left the car parked on the street and took the last load of the stuff to move to the new house and said we will come get the lancer once we drop off the rest of the stuff. So in the interiem of about 30 minutes of leaving the old house, arriving at the new house and unloading then driving back to the old one to pick the car up, someone decided to run into my rear quater pannel some how. No note left, was absolutely beside myself.

Second incedent, decided to park in a friends driveway, and her sister reversed down the long driveway and wasnt looking backwards and ran straight into the car, smashed the bumper, quarter pannel and smashed the tail light

Third incedent, was chillun at work and after helping a customer she decided that she would thank my fine hard work and advice that i gave her by backing into my car. Was in the middle of dealing with another customer when it happend and had to ditch them to go get her details. Was some old lady, she just pretty much reversed straight into my car. Should probably upload the video of it and show you guys, but you cant actually see the car getting hit, you can just see what happend haha

I was parked in woolworths and found my car hissing and front bumper bent. repairs was quoted $5000 the person hit my car and took off. still dont know who did it. this happen a week after i brought the car.[/img][/list]

I had 2 accidents in my old Lancer before the CJ.

The first one, someone ran up the back of me.

The 2nd one, someone pulled out in front of me on a main road.

In my first lancer (2000 or 01 model) I hadn't been driving long and due to inexperience I was always scared of locking the brakes which resulted in me rear-ending my friend's megane.

We kept going to our destination, got out, rubbed a black scuff off my bumper (my car white, his black) and that was that, lesson learnt

That car was later written off when it was squashed by a mitsu 380 changing lanes on top of me which pushed me into a square curb (story I've mentioned a lot).
Ruined the front axle, literally shattered the brake discs down the road (had to stop with the handbrake, yes its there for more than parking or being an idiot! ).
