Does anyone want to buy rims from Vision R with us? It'll be cheaper as we have more people. I know we've tried this a few times but my tyres are shot, and David needs new ones too, and a mate from work got a new car so he wants rims too so it's happening this time. I went around a corner at a slow speed the other day and the traction control kicked in and everything. Not safe!

Seeing as how we have a fair amount of new members, I was thinking it might be time for WA to approach a new tuner as a group (not RPW). I know some of the older members are finally starting to mod their cars (*cough* Jake and Aaron *cough*

) and the newbies seem pretty keen too.

As some of you know, I've been trying to get a tune for my car for some time and, basically, no one wants to tune a NA lancer on its own (in WA that is). I think if there were at least 3-4+ people who wanted a tune we might be able to convince a tuner to take on the job - and maybe even organise a new WA sponsor in the process for other installation/parts?

Just thought I'd put the idea out there and see if anyone else was interested. If not, I'll just have to keep trying...or go back to RPW :shock:

Ok, David and I are going to Vision R at 2-2:30pm Saturday if anyone wants to come and get rims! Rota rims and Nexen tyres are only 1600 but I'm sure we'll be able to get it cheaper!

Rahul, how are your tyres holding up? You got the Nexen N6000 right?

Hey aaron my tyres are doing pretty alrite actually surprisingly.... tyres are more than a year old now and still holding up pretty well..... good choice of tyres for a good price i reckon.....

Good to hear Rahul. I'm going to see if I can get the KU31's at the same price - might be a bit of a stretch but worth a shot

Also one of the guys on AL found me at work the other day (recognised the car and the decals) and offered to help with absolutely anything car related
