OK ladies, lets keep our frilly knickers on. As Ryan said all group buys must go through the Chief Buyer. We've been burnt once with letting an someone do an group buy and he still has not provided goods nor money.

However US shipping might be substantially cheaper than that that provided by US sellers if I make my US address and forwarding service available to the club. I did not want to say anything prior to the elections, save it cause some people accusing me of "buying" votes.

This is not a sure thing and I need to discuss this with the CB and snr management. In the meantime, all you folk I suggest start researching what headlights you want and start scouting for the cheapest price. You have to help yourself to help us, help you.

I suppose I should chime in here.

There used to be a practice where we voted on what the next major group buy should be. It may well be troublesome but I think we should return to this. This acts as the EOI stage rather than me having to do an EOI on group buys. Further to this, I think we should still implement the BLACKLISTING of people who EOI and don't buy even after the price is cheaper than what is publicly available.

We will develop this as we go along.
I will start a poll soon about the next major GB purchase.
I hope people contribute to that when it appears.
