I think what he's saying is that 'Evolution GSR' is not an official name. On the Mitusbishi Australia website it only lists the range of Evo X's as 'Evolution' and 'Evolution MR'.

BBS Rims are Standard on the MR, Enkies are Standard on the GSR.

Personally I have always liked the enkies over the BBS rims.

Does the Evo come with launch control (like the MR) when fitted with the SST?

Exactly, the base model is just called Evolution, or you can get Evolution with performance pack, or you can get an MR.
