Yeh the route will be Mackay-Proserpine-turn before Bowen- Townsville ( 15-20 min brake, eat breakfast catch up with the Ville members)- Innisfail- Carnis!

Update, my friend Natalie just bought an ES Platinum and will more than likely be joining us on the cruise. I guess we'll all get to check out the platinum up close!

I'm planing to leave Mackay around 5-6 AM, 4 hours to Ville, so that is 10-11 am, we stop for 1/2-1h to have breakfast and catch up with the rest of the crew and then cruise to Cairns!

actually its another 3 hours from t'ville to innisfail. if you don't leave townsville till 12pm, you wont get to innsifail till 3ish, then the cruise itself is 5+ hours..

that's a LOT of driving for you southern members. maybe it would be better to rest the night in cairns before hand and then set off from Cairns the next day.

I know I said I was coming up for this and believe me I really do want to...but due to unforeseen expenditures I will not be able to go

I will however be making a trip up there at some point this year so maybe I will get to meet a few of you guys then
