Plaster ceiling repair

Hey all

Yes I've made a small hole and some scratches on the plaster ceiling?

Anyone know who do the repair and how much it will cost? The hole is around 20-30 cm long or so and the width I would say 5-10 cm?

As Ryan has said, if you have a photo we all can have a look. Hmm., I remember doing lots of DIY with th home renovation. Was not fun in the Brisbane heat... you do learn a lot from watching builders though

If you've exposed the studs, you could also drill the new patching plaster into them, securing them better

You can talk to the people in bunnings as well...

Stick some plasterboard bits on the top side of the hole so that they protrude across the hole, then you have something to stick you patch onto

Ah, so its not a gaping hole in the wall. Scrape the paint off and fill it with some of those pre-mixed plasters for easiness. Sand it and paint over if you really want to.
