Yeah, I'll come down if I'm free - I don't think I'm doing anything that day

Don't go too fast down the Weir, a Ferrari crashed there yesterday apparantly :(

I did a weir run by myself not to long ago, was pretty intense at night, can see whats over the rises lol, though at night it was easy to know where other cars were, meaning I could see them through the trees, knowing when to stay over. Only met like 2-3cars, but 4-5 kangaroos... >:| Might try and find and pay someone with a 4WD and roo bar to go through there ahead of us  Though this was at 10pm!

yeah I love hill runs at night, it's the only time I'll do them in the car because during the daytime you can't see cars until you acctually see them however at night you will see headlights long before you see the car so it's safer in that regard.
downside is roo's. I hit a few of them on country runs.. I almost hit one on NYE at zig zags when I went to watch the fireworks! had to slam on the brakes and wait for it to hop out of the way

But at the same time you can't beat a country run during the day on the bike :P

Hey peeps,

Looking forward to meeting and greeting some fellow members on this cruise! :)

Had a nice downhill run home along Mills Rd in Roleystone the other night, perhaps an idea for the next cruise?

So we dont have to contend with the Touri, also it'll make is easier through zags, weird road, and that when running them. Also it means that we'll finish up at a perfect time to go get smashed! I mean, a couple a beers at the pub.... Remember dont drink and drive  ;)

hopefuly my car will be running at this stage..

clutch started slipping on the way back from melbourne so i ordered a new clutch and it turns out that a broken seal caused oil to leak in causing the clutch to slip

because of the slippage the flywheel which is a dual mass flywheel is now rooted.. so i need to replace a guibo a few seals the clutch & flywheel

worst part is that i have to wait for the flywheel to arrive from germany, may be 10+ working days..

The guys that are doing it are looking it after it all though, really helpful :)

patience is a virtue :)
