Just as an update:

1. SA has refused to sign for the delivery as advised by the Transdirect insurance requirements.

The items have been taken back by the courier.

2. To this end, I have now sent out an email to all recipients involved to check their shipments properly.

3. Further to this, I have also sent an email off to the Transdirect Management to ask for some kind of instruction to work this all out.

Please bear with us as we do this.

They came all the way to here (on a boat!) without been damage, and they get damaged on the last "100 M", because our couriers don't give a ....!

Wow says loads for aussie couriers..... pretty much exactly the things ive come to expect from them...totaly useless, and i deal with loads of couriers everyday at work.

The problem is, this is a international delivery of parts not available in australia... how to they plan to compensate that?

One bonnet looked like it was either dropped or caught on the corner while being moved. They appeared to have other things stacked on them as well. I assume the bottom one of the 3 was the one that is still okay.

i think they should have to either get us, OEM and fast, or pay for airfreight of the goods from Taiwan to each individual location, if they mess it up completely

Mine arrived today, but the delivery driver signed the thing and left it at my front door.

Luckily I think its not damaged
