I only just skimmed the first page or replies, I saw someone mentioned the seat covers re airbags and just thought I would add:

Looking at a accessory catalogue you wouln't notice, but the OEM seat covers actually have the sides cut out of them in order to allow the side airbags to inflate. They are made of neoprene and wrap fully around the top of the seat, but then lower down it is just a strip down the seat back and the side bolsters are exposed.

Towbar - modern bars are very expensive, if you arent planning on towing it might be worthwhile just getting roof racks for the bike, or one of those tricky looking mounts that straps onto the boot

Reversing sensors just find one you like, although factory ones have had the r&d done to match the car body and not have blind spots etc

Tint I got done at the dealer for convenience, but will be cheaper elsewhere. Dont pay more than $200

Mats - definately get the proper ones, they look better and are safer

Foglights - unless you live in a foggy area dont bother

One other thing to keep in mind. Anything you include on the order will be subject to stamp duty.

I got the dealer tint for $400 which as you say is more than they would charge elsewhere but I was happy with the job and it was convenient.
