Hi all, don't think this has been done on here, so i thought id'e give it a go.
If anyone on ClubCJ has built their own Computer, they should upload a pic, and write up the specs, and also what its primarily used for.
Also if you want to add the price? (Some may prefer not to say).
I am curious to see other users builds.
Ill start us off with mine:
Case: NZXT Guardian 921RB
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 Rev2
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
RAM: 2 x Corsair CMX4GX3M1A1333C9 4GB DDR3
PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 460 1GB
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
CD/DVD Drive: Sony
Also got a wireless card, and bought a few other fans.
And i added a 1m LED strip in, and has colour change abilities
Standard
With LED strip on (Blue)
With LED strip (Red)
Front
Cost me around $1000, i already had a Dell monitor, so that saved some money. I built it mainly for PC games as i use a Mac all the time, and id doesn't cope with games well.
Love to see others, and hear what you think

Alright ill play along with this...
I've always built my own computers, guess that shows how nerdy I am. This current PC was meant to be for my file server, until something stuffed up on my last PC and i decided to rebuild again, will definitely upgrade to Sandy Bridge E next year before uni starts again.
CPU: Intel i5 760
Motherboard: Gigabyte P55A-UD3
RAM: Corsair 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz
GFX: GTS250 (Soon to be GTX 560Ti)
HDD: 4x1Tb WD Black (2x SATA2 & 2x SATA3)
PSU: Corsair HX620
Case: Coolermaster Scout
DVD: Pioneer
Heatsink: Coolermaster V8
I've got a couple of red Cold Cathode lights in mine too, sound activated for awesomeness... haha. Will upload some pictures when I replace the graphics card.
I think i picked up the CPU/Motherboard/RAM used for $350 at the start of the year, the rest of the parts I had, minus the two 1TB Sata3 drives, which cost around a hundred each.
The only question I ask you, is why you went AMD

To be perfectly honest i don't remember, spoke to a few friends of mine who use AMD, so i think i went with it. One of those friends was with me to help build (as i had never done it before), but he just sat there most of the time with music on, because i worked it out
