Update from the manufacturer:
Date of arrival is 1 December 2011.
I will try and get everything out to you all by the 9th of December. So for those buying bodykits and bonnets, you may wanna book in some time with your panel shops.

Just another update.
I've just got confirmation that the items will be cleared to my doorstep with no more to pay.
However, we will still need to pay GST.
So nothing has changed. I have about A$100 left over from the money collected so I will let you know what GST charges come to.
In the meantime, those outside Melbourne, can you please self organise a single delivery point in each state? This will HELP everyone (from me couriering) and your cost savings on the courier fees.
Please bear in mind, you could probably transport the front or rear bumper bar in your Lancer if no one else is sitting in it. (I've done it before with a RA front bar).
However, the Bonnet, I doubt you can. So you will need me to ship it directly to your panel beater or if you're sharing, you will need to bring a UTE along to collect.
If you insist not sharing with the rest of your state to a single delivery, I will do what I can to help keep the costs low.
