Well thats ruined my day .Was going to leave now to pick my lancer up. Got a call telling me they just discovered the rear bumper was damaged in transit .And the salesman just found out !!!! So no new car for me this week :(. Plus they may miss out on the sale of my falcon .
So they will replace the bumper and sensors and call me next week !!

That sucks Michael.

Are they replacing the bumper? If so then it must of got more then a scratch.

Make sure they fit the sensors in the higher section of the rear bumper bar otherwise they will read the ground too much.

funny thing I went on one of my fishing forums said a car company on south rd had stuffed up my car in a topic .So I was going fishing in the pat .Got a message back saying I work for a car company we had a problem with a lancer .God did I feel small .Went back and said I was just upset and was using that as an excuse to go fishing lmao.And I would get ribbed at work for no new car :)

Was told on the phone it was scuffed then he mentioned the sensors .Then he was going on that they had a sale for my traded in falcon .Think he was hinting he wanted the falcon so it could be sold straight away .
I just said when will my lancer be ready latter in the week I was told !! So as far as I am concerned thats when they can have my falcon .Buggered me I had to put petrol in seeing I was getting low lol

Now one might think they had forgotten to put the sensors in the car :wink:

It sucks waiting for your new car to arrive. Make sure it has 12 months rego on it.

I am sure the wait will be worth it.

Please take some pictures of you receiving your car from the dealer.
