ok so we know it has tapped holes and not encapsulated nuts.... and the alloy is not 5mm thick.......... what size are the mounting bolts?????

ok standard rule of thumb for tapped holes are minimum thickness is the cross section of the bolt...... eg 6mm dia bolt = 6mm thick plate to give maximum sttrength

Hahahahah, my made is the same as factory made. material, finishing, and productions method. :lol: :lol:

in total i would say 4 (2 each side) dont really know for sure but if yours are the same then the pics i have seen of your web site show 4. I have never seen one in real life
