your best options are to check the for sale section, or contact Ofey.
And keep a lookout for the Group Buys that happen from time to time.
Good luck

US$100 for postage is not expensive.
Postage is a very expensive game because of fuel levies implemented by airlines.
Here are some thoughts, why don't you try calculating how much it costs to send the same item from Australia to USA? Use the Auspost calculator and factor in the size and weight.
It's usually about A$80-90 to get a box of stuff from Aus -> USA by Air Mail.
There are no local companies who will carry aftermarket parts cheaply.
Australia does not have enough buying power to even sell at the prices the Americans get it at. So alot of things you still need to buy via eBay or the like from the USA.

Not all the time.
A GTS is equivalent to a VRX.
But as you know the RA and the NA Lancers share the same chassis.
So only certain parts.
If you're refering to an air intake box, it may not be tuned for a turbo-ed car. Obviously the turbo model needs more.
But the same panel filters are used in the NA->RA->Evo.
