Test drove an SX, thinking of buying....help! lol

Test drove an SX tonight. Was beautiful. Haggled with them a bit (was a demo) right now they have manual new ES's for 19990 drive away, but the demo SX was 23,000 all up drive away. Haggled some more. They said they would give me a brand new, auto SX with bluetooth for 23,000. Told them I'd have to consider it.

Going back tomorrow. Is this a good deal or not?

u could bargain with em more cuz now is the end of the month so salesmen needa meet their targets.... try and get some freebies thrown in like carpets, full tank of fuel, maybe reverse sensors and foglights.... dont just stick with one dealer go to others and play em off by saying that one dealer was willing to give u all these stuff.... that should make em wiggle more.... 23k is a bit much tbh...

You can go much lower. People can get brand new SXs for around 20000. A DEMO for 23k? NO WAY!

i can tell u i bought my lancer in 2009 a brand new lancer VR with dashmats, headlight protectors, reverse sensors, full tank of petrol, carpets, mp3 connectivity cable for 26000.... so definitely u have alot of wiggle room.... also tell em ure willing to purchase it there and then... that helps with sealing btr prices

Hey sorry should of been a bit clearer, thats 23000 drive away no more to pay for a brand new one instead of the demo.

yeah mine was brand new too with like 5km on the clock.... well ure main bargaining chip is just actually buying on that day itself.... and also go to other dealers and see if they can offer u btr deals.... its best to set aside a whole day to do it... and well ask em for the freebies i listed... u have any preference on what accessories u want? and also what dealer did u go to to get that price?

Midland metro Mitsubishi. I have been to a few dealers and they have all been 23000 to 25000 for the sx. The only problem is I'll be in there on my own (I'm a girl) as my dad is away. I'll be ringing them and he'll be talking to them but you know what they say about car yards and girls.

um paceway is in osborne park and i guess they are pretty reputable and its not about whether they do it cheaper... the sx is a standard price its just how well u haggle with dealers is all.... what were the dealers u been to? i bought mine from melville mitsu

All the dealers in midland, plus john hughes and about 4 other dealers around the metro. And ah, I see what your getting at.

They say they will give me

Bluetooth
A free jacket (lol, I was cold so they lent me a jacket and I jokingly said I wanted one thrown in and they said ok!)
A full tank of fuel

Also trading in the old magna, but not sure what they will give (its shit ) we want at least $500....

What year/how many kms has your magna got? When I got mine they were gonna do $500 for a 1999 Hyundai Lantra with 214k on the clock and roo lights on the front (spotties that are worth about $300)

hmmm u have a car to trade in as well? lol then at 23k they are really taking u for a ride.... u can try melville mitsu, paceway or southside mitsu they shud give ya a good deal.... what is the highest price ure lookin at payin?
PS: lol if i follow u to a dealership and help you get an sx with all the trimmings for 22 grand or less would u sign up as a ccj premium member

Ah well they haven't agreed if they will take my car as a trade in. But it is very much a piece of shit haha...you can tell..94...250,000, blows smoke, sounds like its gonna explode lol.

I've been to southside and they pretty much offered me the same deal. :/ ah what am I do wrong? I might get my dad to ring around, he said he would-and then yell at them or something. Haha

Pretty sure if I met someone off the net, he'd kill me too But...I might sign up as a premium member one day anyways
