Shadow could the item be made of?
PFRP Is an Acronym for POLY FIBER REINFORCED PLASTICS. A Flexible Variant Of FRP
or
TFF Is an Acronym for Thermo Flex Fiber.

THERMO FLEX FIBER - Is an A++ Grade Composite Material which is very easy to paint, and which saves significant funds on prep work.

THERMO FLEX PLASTIC IS THE NEXT GENERATION OF BODY KITS.
AND IS SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO CONVENTIONAL BODY KITS.
HOWEVER TO THE DISCERNING CONSUMER THEY ARE WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT.
THERMO FLEX PLASTIC KITS ARE MADE IN JAPAN, AND THEY ADHERE TO STRICT QUALITY CONTROLS.

TFF Composites deliver more strength per unit of weight than most metals. In fact, TFF composites are generally 1/5th the weight of steel. The composite can also be shaped into one complex part. The combination of these two benefits makes TFF composites a powerful material system.

TFF Composites display excellent resistance to the corrosive effects of:
Freeze-thaw: because composites are not attacked by galvanic corrosion and have low water absorption, they resist the destructive expansion of freezing water.
Weathering and Ultra-Violet Light: FRP composite structures designed for weather exposure are normally fabricated with a surface layer containing a pigmented gel coat or have an ultraviolet (UV) inhibitor included as an additive to the composite matrix. Both methods provide protection to the underlying material by screening out UV rays and minimizing water absorption along the fiber/resin interface.

Chemicals and Temperature: Composites do not rust or corrode and can be formulated to provide long-term resistance to nearly every chemical and temperature environment. Of particular benefit, is composites ability to successfully withstand the normally destructive effects of de-icing salts and/or saltwater spray of the ocean.

I would assume that inside the base (for want of a better word) where ithe spoiler fits to the bootlid there would be 2 alloy plates (one each side) the would have to be around 5-6mm thick with tapped holes in them to accept the bolts wich hold the spoiler on OR they may have encapsulated nuts fitted in there instead..... with out see one and holding it in my hands it is hard to work out.....

Nope bro. if i am not wrong you have cpoy paste this for the Accolade.  anyway the spoiler is hollow inside so couldn't be made of TTF or thermo forming. the disavantage of thermo forming is, you will never get the precise products finishing at the edge contact to the chassis. and since the shape is form by heat, it is very easily out of shape after a while exspecially in country there are hot summer, other disadvantage of forming, since the shape is forming by a flat plastic sheets, during the forming process the mould stress the material into shape and cause uneven on the wall thickness, plus you can't form the hook inside for clipping or fastener to hook on. this made more difficulty for fittment. there are alot more of disadvantage not to mention.

0 Point
