help. someone in Adelaide, to replace with dvd or cd player

hello, im wondering if someone knew someone in adelaide who could, tell me a price, on how much it would cost to replace the factory head unit, with either a decent dvd player or cd player that has bluetooth and can still use the factory steering wheel controls on it

as i want to change the factory unit, so i can run my sub and amp set up.

U can run sub and amp from factory unit by using a lineout converter.

Depending on what unit u get. Installation including steering wheel interfacing would be about $150-200 max

You will need a facia kit, steering wheel interface m

i know u can do that line converter thing, but want better control of bass instead of factory unit connects to the speaker bass to.

and an after market will play direct ipod, and will put out better sound to.

im a professional car audio installer, i do all my own work.

JVC DVD, Bluetooth, USB/Ipod, 5v preout x3 - looking around $1350

Sony DVD, with built in Nav and Bluetooth, additional USB/Ipod control module looking around $1700, RRP $2300

well atm i was looking at what i need, the replacement fashia kit, and i was thinking either a decent dvd player, found a few for around 700 but yeah, and then need the module so i can use my steering wheel controls on it, and then to make bluetooth work with my bluetooth on the steering wheel, but didnt know what i was up for is all.

also i know how to install amp wires, but being a brand new car, i dont want to do it, rather someone else to do it for warrenty reasons. and mitsubishi carnt whinge at me.

The one thing I find funny is when people say they know how to wire up an amp and then put RCA next to power and also forget to charge the caps in the amps before hooking it to the battery.

Decent DVD player with all the stuff u want. I wouldn't go under 1300. U can buy cheap eBay crap for under 500... But u will need to buy a few as they will fail.

I have known Ange for many years. He is well know to fit excellent stereos at reasonable prices without talking BS.
