Gave her a BIG tidy up after last week's NSW BBQ cruise. I had crap in the boot and back seats and under the front seats. Also found a great place for my jump leads, sit nicely in the emergency wheel well.

Boot looks tidy.

Before anyone has to say anything, dont!. i know already the legalities of this mod.

this is a unfinished mod as i am planning on using a very fine grit sandpaper to slightly lighten along the red areas and around the reverse light, then finish it all with a couple of coats of clear to bring back the shine.

You already said you know the legality so I will leave that alone but a bigger issue may be insurance. If anyone now runs into you, you WILL be deemed at fault due to your dull lights.

its not finished nathan, they will be just as bright once i finished, or at most very slightly dimmer

swapped my skinny WhiteLine tower bar for a beefier UltraRacing unit
swapped the stock 240cc injector with 290cc injector off the the 4B12
and installed bluetooth module, buttons and microphone.
i just need mitsubishi to activate the BT in the computer

I don't think your insurance company will care how bright they are. Tinted brake lights = illegal = insurance is void.

It's your car, and I think it looks alright, I just thought I'd mention it.

Had a poke around the engine bay and relay box, looking for wiring harness and things.

Rough draft of my wiring and system logic for my DRLs and Angel Eyes project, including relays and switches and overide logic.

Removed my surplus CCJ stickers that I had on there for the CCJ decal "how to" - was looking to ricey...

more legal modded lights, still unfinished:

no, the lights are not on, that is unlit.

i found if you simply get a rag(i used a microfiber cloth) and some "Goof Off" purchased from my local bunnings for 9.95 nightshades simply wipes off leaving behind normal plastics, no discolouration or anything.
