Price rise for NSW personalized number plates

Was looking at the my plates website and noticed as of now an order fee for a personalized number plate has risen from $110 to $220 for standard and colored plates and $275 for premium range. The $90 annual fee remains. Anyone who is thinking about getting personlaized plates should think again as it is a bloody rip off, lucky for me the set i have in storage dosent occur a annual fee.

Been that price for over 12months Glen, mine cost me $220 to order and $90 a year.

back when the order fee was $110 the yearly fee was around the $140 mark.

I dont remember paying that much when i got mine.. frankly i dont remember at all

They were $110 for Order fee but they bumped up the price.

Mine are $90 a year just for having blue plates. I chose the letters and numbers but it is in standard format. I think the plates cost around $120 or so to order

Yeah sounds about right, i got the same thing pretty much.

Bugger I haven't picked my new plates yet. Oh well it looks like I keep the ones I was issued.
