Looks as though it will be rained out.. For future events like this wouldnt It be a good idea to post a reliable contact number to call for the day.

All events are go unless otherwise stated the night before on the forums. The track doesnt close in the wet.

Close to 2 hours video footage from today (in car). What A DAY!!! For those who left early because of the rain you missed the best afternoon ever!

We are considering going out again in November... only a maybe at this stage, and it will most likely be a last minute one.

After all the rain stopped, they opened the track up again and gave us our very own catagory!!!! And because all you buggers had left, that meant that there were only 5 cars in our catagory!!!! It was FREAKING AWESOME!!!!

Really got some speed up, it looks like Alans best recorded lap was a 1:04 but that was early on, I think he did better in the afternoon. Simon and myself were sitting on 1:10's which we are pretty happy with.

Anyone else got video or pics of the day or times of themselves?????

I went out to have a look at about 11am and open wheelers were on so i waited for a while but didnt look as though anything was going to happen with the CJ's so went home. I live around the corner and used to race there in the early 90's it is a fantastic drivers track. (Yes i am that old). It doesnt seem that long ago that there were weeds growing out of the track surface when it was abonded. I went back at about 2:30 and looked as though everyone had gone home apart from a couple of fords so didnt get a chance to see any CJ;s on the track. Are there going to be any Pics/Vids put up?
