Hi,

I'm a new member to ClubCJ within NSW, unfortunately i can't make this weekends cruise, but I will do my best to make the next one.

Just out of curiosity, would there be another held before the end of the year?

Up until the 16th Sept i have Uni Exams. I'll just keep up to date with the forums. I just worked out how to find all the NSW forums so its all sweet.

Went to JayCar and grabbed my CB radio. Hopefully it is powerful enough... it boasts a 5km range but is "significantly deteriorated" within a vehicle.

I just realised my car is sitting on 14,400km, should I get it serviced before or after the cruise?

Servicing is up to you really a few hundred over is no issue, but if you plan to go hard I would suggest an oil change. I changed mine last weekend but I also have an extra 1100kms worth of driving to this weekend.

If u wanted peace of mind try to book it in before this weekend unless you do your own oil changes?? I was over by about 1000km on my 15,000 Mitsubishi were not concenered

How many Watts of transmit power does it have, looks like a cheapo 0.5W or 1W, if it, use it as a door stop or wheel chock - much more useful that way.

Didn't think I needed to spend $100+ for a 2W since its only for a succession of cars.

I'll be sweeping through the entire thread and double-checking people's yes, no, maybes and adjusting the OP.

Can you please re-confirm your attendance and number of guests you are bringing - I would like to have final numbers by Thursday evening if possible.

ClubCJ will be providing a BBQ lunch and a selection of drinks to all premium members for free, non-premiums will need to pay a small co-contribution to cover the cost of the meal (usually it's not over $5).

For those that wish to bring anything along in addition to what we will provide or you have special dierary requirement, feel free....

We'll be PM'ing all EOIs again to re-confirm their attendance in this thread too.
