VRX_Pete wrote:(WTTC) Haha, mod bug bites before you even have the car! :P

Oh it surely has. :D As Ryan said above, there are more modding options with the Lancer over the Mazda 3, so thats what also caught my interest. Also thanks so much for the advice, I plan to hopefully make a thread about my purchase progress so i can take all the advice I can get.. may need to get someone I know with good haggling skills also. :P

And I will surely attend a cruise/meetup one day! Really eager to get my lancer first though. :)

Just a heads up, bought a black lancer SX which I will be picking up this Saturday. Have also purchased front air dams from x-factor and have a scorpion v-lip on hold. :) Cannot wait til I get everything together and attend my first meet sometime!

Being excited is an understatement at the moment, Troy. Yeah can't wait to take some pics so I can finally put up a photo that doesn't say "No photo available". :P

May need to get the instlal of the air dam/lip done by concord customs... or does anyone know anywhere/anyone that can do it cheaper? (don't know the price of labour at CC yet tho, just throwing up options)

Do it your self. They are easy to fit. If you passed colouring in and sticky taping at kindy then you should be skilled enough to fit the air dams on.

Just take your time and dry fit first.

It will be very satisfying, trust me.
