Servicing, Mitsubishi Penrith

Hey all

Has anyone gone to Mitsubishi Penrith otherwise known as Nepean Motor group? how have you found they are with servicing?

I had my RA serviced there the other day and i am not to happy, just wondering if anyone has had any problems with them?
Not bagging them out but i wouldnt suggest to go there first choice again... was not to happy at all

went there for my 45,000 km service and changed my timing chain under warranty.. no hassles from me and was cheaper than most places.. also the $5 breakfast from the cafe is good lol

hmm i got back in my car to find it had been thrashed... wasnt to pleased thats for sure along with oil being over filled by quiet a fair amount almost and extra half of whats meant to be in there along with fluids not being filled and nothing being cleaned after things were done.... felt rather annoyed... but i guess its not in all cases... do you not have capped servicing?

Nepean used to have the penrith citreon dealership. Cancelled by ateco. Ateco are the mob which bring you cherry and great wall. They were the mob which brought in the 2000 kia carnival with exploding engines and bad luck mate if it was just outside warranty.

To be dumped by ateco .... Draw your own conclusion. Nepean cound not fix my mates citreons. They seemed to spend more time being fixed than on the road...

yep the chain was expanded.. there's been a few cases mainly with the earlier model ralliarts..
