couple questions is it possible to upgrade my standard sound system to the RF system or even just attach a sub to the stock lancer sx without upgrading the dash unit? also would it be posible to obtain and fit the ralliart hood to the standard lancer or better off just getting cf or fiberglass and what would be the difference between the chrom door foils and some chrome molding i found on ebay for 1/10 the price lastly would the hard plastic incert fit with the full size spare accomodation kit

I think you will need an amp to be able to get anything out of a sub... Am I correct guys?

Just beware, that altering your sound system will likely void the warranty on probably all the associated parts.

Yes possible but not plug and play.
You will need to add quite abit of wiring.
Much more worthwhile if you went aftermarket.

Yes you can add a RA hood easily.Pricing and details in this thread:

CF is illegal. If you get involved in a head on, your insurance can choose NOT to pay out.
FG without an engineering cert is also going to be a problem but way cheaper.

The chrome moulding probably lines the door handle while the door foils wrap around the whole door handle.

Anything made by or sold by Mits is always going to be dearer.

Yes. It sits on top of whatever accomodation kit you have. So regardless it will fit and sit there.
