Walk Aerobics
Hey all,
As some of you who have met me know that I am unfit and leaning towards the big side... (by leaning i mean there)
My dad does walk aerobics 3 times a week infront of the TV with some DVD's he has and ive been thinking of joining him but it just seems to lame/gay to do it with him.
What do all you people reckon.

Do it man, if your worried about your size. and do it with your dad, you would be surprised when your one your own, you will probley tend to become a bit lazy when you do it because you got no one there watching you and doing it with you
When i used to go to the gym, i was full into it the first few weeks, then i just got over it in time, plus i had a girlfriend so that took up most of my time aswell.
But i rekon if your with someone you got some sort of motivation in doing what your doing and you got someone there to support you
Im not a big guy, im probley one of the lankyest guys youd met, but since i got a fast matobolism, i could eat whatever i want n not get fat, but i didnt want that either way, i wanted to go to the gym and get my stamina and muscle up.
Did help me alot but since i had no one there for motivation i got over it after a while, but if i did have someone there workin out with me i would of stuck with it.
So do it with your dad, plus its a good bonding experience.
and btw, who cares if its gay or lame, your doing something that helps your health, i honestly dont think anyone is gunna be like hahaha why would you do that stupid stuff. if someone was tryin to loose weight i wouldnt bag them, i dont think anyone would.
Hope that helped you on your way to your descision =)

I second Ozie's comments - Do it with the old man Pierre, you won't regret it when you start shedding the kilos mate and it would be a good bonding experience and I think your dad would appreciate the company and motivation.
