for the willowbank newbs u need:

a compliant helmet
shoes, long pants and long sleeve shirt
$40 for as many runs u can fit in and that includes entrance for 1 spectator

Prefer wednesday I think. Saturday is usually too busy. Put me down as a maybe (i hate maybes lol) but it depends on what time I get out of work
