In terms of rubber depends what you have on already.
In comparison to stock VRX rims vs these is a half inch thickness difference.
I suppose you can stretch the tyres, but if you were to purchase new rubber look around $200 a tyre for any decent road/sporty i.e. Advan A10, Toyo Proxes, Falkens or Hankooks.

I wonder if the MMCS units for $500 are any good... seems to cheap.

My Uncle imports these GPS systems to Australia.
Basically the make of them isn't as good as the OEM MMCS but they are a fraction of the cost some reaching down to $450. They have one year warranty but some have seen these die around about 2-3 years.
But at the end of the day, think of it as $450 vs almost $4000, although more annoying you can potentially get 9 of the crappy ones to last you a very long time hahaha
