I use the Entertainment Book voucher for autobarn which gives 20% off.
At times, I also use price matching.
Just have to be aware of the possibilities.
Alternatively, we can do a group buy?

You should go with one to a parts shop and see if you can go cheaper?
Sorry mate, didn't mean cheaper ... just forgot that we can source PMR stuff through you.

The cheapest way to get oil is by getting a 205 litre drum. Enough for about 40 oil changes. Group buy a 205 drum and then sell it to members but they have to supply their own container.

Just don't throw away the one you have or ask it from a service department.

great info there ofey, thanks!
when going for services, call the dealer before and ask how much it would cost for the service. in adelaide mitsi places have different prices. my sis paid $450 for her 45,000km service at the mitsi on main north road, i only paid $350 for my 45,000km at the port road one.

I have to pay $700 for my 60k service.
Because I havent been back at a Mitsu dealer for servicing for a year, does it sound fair?
Run down was they need to change my brake fluid, coolant, top up of the others. Changed oil filter and changed oil. Got a wheel rotation and alignment. They cleaned my air filter (from Injen CAI).

That's absolutely crazy.
I take it you already did it and paid.
They're milking you.
You can tell them first of all that wheel rotation and alignment and your air filter is your own problem. If they feel one has to be done, you can do it elsewhere. They wouldn't have done the wheel alignment themselves. They would have sent it to a partner business and slapped on another charge on top of that.
You're well within your rights in future to ask them what needs to be done at each service. And you want a break down of the charges.
If you go in blind, be prepared to pay.

So, after reading this im slightly confused.
With the capped servicing, its really not capped and they will charge extra for all oils etc?
I'd be better off going to ultra tune! i used to work for ford, and we would suggest ultra tune to customers as they are apparently "certified" to carry out warranty work and will not void warranty by servicing there. - would this be the case for Mitsubishi too?

One more time.
If you're on capped Servicing, NO EXTRA charges.
However, even if you're on capped servicing, you can still drop the price, if you bring your own consumables.
I really think there's a failure in communication, perhaps I need to start another thread for those who have capped price servicing.
