Prepare a jpg file you'd like to use.
Its width can be no greater than 200 pixels, the height no greater than 200 pixels, and the file size no more than 2453 KB.
Now go here: http://clubcj.net/profile.php?mode=editprofile
Go right to the bottom of the page: Upload Avatar from your machine
Choose the file from your computer
and
voila
