Do you have OCD with your lancer?
Hey guys
Im starting to think, i wanna see how people really feel about their lancers and what they do to take care of it.
This post will be about, OCD or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Does it affect you and your lancer?
For example, Do you hit the lock button on your car twice then pull the handle to make sure its locked?
Do you have your keys in a certian place in your house, so if anyone breaks in, they wont be able to take your car?
Personally, I dont like anyone but me and my mum driving my car. Even yesterday, when i got my new wheels, i watched the guy take it into the Wheel n Tyre bay, just to make sure he didnt thrash the clutch or hit something or do someting stupid.
Stuff like this. I wanna know what you guys do with your lancers, and how you take care of them. What is the routine you guys go through when you leave your car, or clean it or give it matenience!
Happy Posting!

Hey Tadzorz
Well I'll start off if you like..
When i clean her I vacuum thoroughly first front right, rear right, rear left, front left and dust everything inside same order then....wash in the shade, chamois outside with one chamois, then chamois around edges/wheels etc with another. Services with the same equipment in the same order everytime...Keys kept in the same place at home and work and yes I check the doors when locking and I watch people when working on the car and I'm very fussy about who drives her.
Does that make me Anal??? LOL.

I'm pretty much the same.. I always watch people with my car. Always wash it at night. Being a black car its pretty much impossible to stop water spots haha. Speaking about watching people at tyre places.. I was getting one of my tires repaired as i ran over a nail. When i went out to see my car they were taking photos of it on their phones! ahah that made me happy.

My keys have just always gone on my bedside lol. I dont go so far as to put them under my pillow. The gun would just get in the way (kidding)
As for the other stuff, I am ANAL about who drives it. I drive it, or my Dad drives it on rare occasions (like when I need to borrow his 4WD, or when it needs cleaning after someone egged it and I HAVE to go to work). NOBODY else. And yeah, I watch the people in the tyre places lol, that seems to be a common thing. I also watch the people in the Mitsubishi service garage though...

Yeah Deano - I just like to keep mine clean and make sure the windows aren't smudgy and things like that - Get the bird poo and insects off straight away so the paint doesn't stain and that sort of thing.

I'm more anal where I park it
I hate shopping centres, I always park way the hell away from everyone else in some corner & butt it up against a pillar so there's plenty of door swing so I dont get any dents.
But all this, I usually get some moron that parks about a foot next to me so I can barely get into my car...grrr
