Hello all. Firstly i just wanna say thank god i found this group, it's exactly what i have been looking for and it's Australian which is an added bonus !

anyway My Name is Trent, so call me that from now on ay ;) I am 19 years old, and i work full time as an Apprentice Chef. So i dont get much time to myself, which helps with saving money i spose. I am currently on my green p's. Why did I come here you ask? Well I want too join the prestigious Lancer Family, and ofcource the ClubCJ as it looks fantastic and seems to offer so much. Im currently saving for A Lancer VRX, almost there (gonna buy brand new), So yea expect to see me here and trying to contribute alot more :)

any VRX model owners, rate your car very highly?

well thanks for your time and hopefully talk to you guys more often and meet up in the meets :)

Thanks guys, good to hear! i absoloutely cannot wait till i get my hands on the VRX.. so excited haha

the hard part is choosing colour.. im in two minds over red or black.

Hey Trent,

Welcome to the club!
I have a red VRX and I love it!

This is my first car and I bought it new too and about the only fault I find (not just the VRX but all lancers) is the thin paint. I already have so many little chips and scratches! :x

Another gripe about the VRX is the high rear spoiler. I had mine changed for the SX spoiler as it pretty much blocked out half my rear view, although the VRX spoiler does look a lot better.

Otherwise everything else is perfect!!!

And there are so many cheap mods you can do to make it look better like the front bumper blackout and front window tints.
