NSW plan for extra long weekend easter and anzac day?

If we are going to do this we should work out a date, Easter Sunday is the only day I could attend and I will not have the lancer but instead the old man's AU Falcon 1 tonner. But what date suits everyone else?

FYI: you can rent helmet is $20, racing license $50 for whole year, track day $120 for weekdays and $150 for weekend. so for first timer all up $190 for weekday, or $220 for weekend.
