I'm still confused as to why people are going with this short shifter over the torque solutions one when they appear to be the same quality etc except the torque solutions one has a 36% throw reduction vs a 30% throw reduction, and it is cheaper... :?

But I have been stung before by not following the common wisdom when I really don't know enough about these things...and there are multiple forums getting in on this so it must be decent.

Please put me down for the following:

RHD short shifter + Base Bushings + Tube of Grease + XpressPost International + a small T-shirt for me :)

I wish they went to a 20% discount instead of the T-shirt though :P

Cheers,

Dave

Thanks Ryan, hopefully he can pull off a bigger discount, even 18% is better than a T-shirt IMO.

Like I said, I don't really know anything about these but I am keen for a short shifter so I might aswell get on board!

Now I just need someone in WA to help me install it... :D

I hadn't thought of that...

Will the normal gear knob still fit? I have a VR-X so I quite like my leather gear knob and don't feel like buying a new one!

bummer about not getting a bigger discount...

hehe I know, you had a very cool blue lancer before. I didn't realise you had the short shifter on there, I like it when other members have tried mods before me. Makes me feel safe :P
