Fixing back bumper

Hi, recently while driving from work, i didnt see some metal garbage (i was driving in reverse) and my back bumper got hit and now it have a small hole in there :( can it be fixed or do i have to change the whole bumper??

its a 2007 lancer, the bumper seems to be like "plastic" or something like that..

any tip please? thanks

I will be a plastic bumper and yes depending on the size of the damage it can be plastic welded, you just need to find a repairer who has the gear to do it.

Yes. Plastic welding would be the way to go, or if it is small you might even get away with plastic bonding repair kits. There should be somewhere in your country that does these minor repairs. There are plenty here in Melbourne.
