I'm fairly sure there are companies in the US that facilitate this sort of thing. I think they give you their US address and then ship it on to you. Unfortunately I don't know what their names are but I'm sure google does, just ask him :)

oh forgot to add, bring a towel, i used the towel and screw driver to pry the lights away from the bodywork. put the screw driver inside the towel and and gently twist

i found them easier than the side lights, but that was using the screwdriver, so you might be able to do it easy
