Parking is available along Musgrave Avenue, so your vehicles will be within 100m of view through-out the day.
Although Musgrave Ave is two way traffic, the gates at the eastern end are closed and locked at Darley Rd, thus reducing the amount of through-fare traffic.
This Picnic Area is equipped with:
Toilet Facilities (with wash-up area)
Twin Stainless Steel BBQ (free - timed electric operation)
5 x Large Bench's for seating and 2 x Tables.
Fresh running water taps.
Rubbish Bins.
Huge Shady Trees.
Nearby Lake.

In order to secure this area, it will be necessary for "Me" and as many as possible attending members to arrive early in the morning
at approx 8:30-9:00am and stake our claim !!
Bacon & Egg Rolls, Tea & Coffee and possibly Dounuts or Mama Kazz Banana Cake will be provided for those who arrive early and help set-up.
A Sausage Sizzle (with condiments) including Coleslaw / Potato Salads will be cooked and provided at Lunch-Time (12:30pm) for all.
Cold Soft Drinks & Water will also be available to quench the thirst.
The Club has not been requested to financially sponsor or subsidise this meet.
I will be providing and supplying everything, therefore I will be requesting $5 per head for all you can eat & drink to help cover all the costs.
It's would be appropriate for people to consume within their needs and consider others dietary requirements.
Remember to be "Sun Wise", so bring Suncream, Hat & Sunnies, etc
