No worries mate, always happy to provide updates. We had a great time the last time the Lancers and XR5's joined up and went to Willowbank. For the record a Lancer won the night that night. I forget the members name, but he ran approx 14.4 or 14.5 from memory. Best I could do was a 14.6. But all in all a fun night. Great to let the beasts off the chain for a bit

Last time we went to Willowbank with the XR5ers I ran a 14.2 (just like the brochure says we should do) Tonight I did a 14.334 with this humid weather.
But I was still the fastest member down the track with a 13.9 in Sues RA (sorry meant Sleepers RA).

Tonight was great fun and it was also great to meet a few more members Here are some pictures and my youtube link for videos. Sorry for the poor quality
these were all taken from my phone.

Hi all,
Sorry about the lack of updates last night, for those that did not come to Willowbank but were watching from afar.....
There was only around a dozen or so cars there last night so we nearly had the place all to ourselves. Lot's of runs meant no time to get onto my mobile internet and update you all, so my apologies.
A great night was once again had by all. Unfortunately, and as expected, the temp hovered around 27 degrees all night with a high humidity of 75%, so the best I could manage on the night was a 14.767 @ 158.52kmh.
The Lancers ran very well, Steve (sleeper) put in some great times early and set the pace for the night. Whilst the sun was still up, and it was friggin hot, Steve whacked in two good runs of 14.5 and 14.3. I knew right then that his new tune had made a huge difference.
Speedie did some good times, then jumped in Steve's car and whacked down a time of 13.9. More proof that the tune has made a HUGE difference to the car... And the driver made a difference too ha ha ha "Sorry Steve, just kidding mate)
I wont banter on for ages as there is too much to cover and everyone will post their own stories, but I have two personal awards I would like to hand out for the night.
1) Sleeper Steve, that tune has turned your car into a beast. Well done mate. Wait till you get it out there in the middle of winter, wooo hooooo
2) Speedie, for doing a really awesome time.... in someone elses car ha ha ha ha
Oh well, thats it for another round of pedal to the metal fun. I hope to see all of you next time around "approx late April on a Sat night we are looking at"
Cheers, Damo aka Xciting
PS The GF took pics that I will post up when I get home.
