hello hello! new to the lancer world!!

hey everyone, my names Jen!!

I've recently (in the past two weeks) purchased a 2010 lancer sportsback SX. I joined the forum mainly becuase i kept typing things into google and the most answers to my questions came from your site.

this is my first brand new car, and i love it (i actually work for ford, and went with mitsu, thats how much i loved it), basically just want to chat to people about my vehicle, and read up and see whats out there. will eventually look at getting new rims and want to purchase leather interior seat covers asap.

a bit more about me, love sports, and shopping and usual girl things :P

Also quick question, will i recieve email notifications whens omeone replies to a post or thread?

Hi Jen,

That's awesome we have the same taste in car..I just brought the sedan version of the SX 2010. This is defiantly the places for questions and DIY information and even if there isn't info on here usually if you ask there is someone who has some sort of info I have seen.

With your question I don't get emails sent to me but there maybe an option for that in account settings?

Yes you will receive an email to all the threads that you post in if you have the function turned on in your profile.

About Getting Emails When Someone Reply's To A Post - Thread , You Will only get an Email If you Yourself Have Written on That Thread .. Down On The Bottom Right Hand Corner Of The Page It gives you an opinion if you would like to "Watch This Topic " etc ....

hahahaha you work for ford, funny thing is I work for HSV snd Holden
and I just bought a VRX sedan,

I have found out so much info on this car from this site and enjoying the talk with other CJ owners.

hey everyone thanks!!!

You guys are way nicer than the lot on the skyline forum i joined when i had one :P Not being mean or anything!!

and yes, wheels...shoes...i love them both!!!!


ALSO: the SX has no boot light, which is VERY annoying, has anyone had a solution to this? can i somehow install one, without voiding warranty?

Hey Jen get in touch with Ofey and the boys n girls in Melbourne
They go for regular cruises and meet ups and then you can see some nicely modded CJ's in the flesh and ask lots of questions
Ofey is Club CJ's Chief Buyer and can hook you up with lots of goodies
