HeyHey

It has been decided for the 30th of Jan SUNDAY

Meet point normal spot for those who dont know it the parking lot at the corner of RIVERSIDE Dr and the CAUSEWAY

Meet time 11am for 11.30am depart.

Driving to....................... NO IDEA probably up the coast north to Hilliarys for lunch or South to Mandurah or something like that but ideas are still welcome

Hey Matt, welcome back. Hope you and Rahul left Singapore in one piece

I think it is about time we did some cruising again but Australia Day is out for me as I usually have a BBQ and listen to the Hottest 100.

I'm booked in for a track day on the 9th of Jan though and this time I am 100% going

Otherwise I am pretty free until the 10th and then I'm back at work, but should still be fairly flexible after that.

A coast run is fine, I still want to check out that new coast road to lancellin or somewhere near there...might be an idea?

I don't think Rahul is back until Feb...

And I heard that new coastal road is boring (and apparently you can only even see the ocean briefly). But idk myself.

Coastal run sounds good though. But I don't think our roads make it easy to stay in site of the ocean for very long at a time

I think Rockingham is a good destination... Its a little over half the distance to York so people cant complain about how far it is

Does anyone know the Rockingham area?

Yeh Rahul doesn't get back for a while.

Ah ok, I just saw an ad on TV fo the road and thought it might be a nice drive out to Lancellin.

We could always hit up Mandurah? It is just a little bit further than Rockingham but it will be basically freeway all the way if we start in our usual spot. The new freeway is nice though, it is begging for high speeds as it is very smooth, but of course illegal and speed cameras everywhere. I wish we could close it off for a day and hoon around at top speed!

Mandurah is good as there are some really nice beaches, and good food/Simmo's Ice Cream

Not too sure what is in Rockingham as it has been years since I was there last...

Well We need dates was thinking last night how bout the end of January?

say the 30th which is a Sunday?

I dont mind going either way but there are going to be a lot of cameras around

We should all go for a cruise and then to the drive in movies, that would be sick seeing all these lancers lined up at the drive ins. The weekends have double sessions for $10 per person.

Seeing as we didn't have a Dec cruise maybe we should push for one in Jan?

New years was messy to say the least! I IS BACK! I know you're all stoked.

I'm away from 31st Jan to 14th Feb. Just been to Mandurah for new years too and I never saw one speed camera even thought it was like new years eve. Guess they didn't want to ruin anyone's end of year mood? I'm lucky there wasn't any too...
