Installed headers today and altered my intake to draw air from my vents in the bonnet. Will give until new year for car to get used to headers then take it to exhaust place to be altered again.

Forgot another thing I did last night, I had my car weighed :) Still had some crap in the car and a bit of petrol left but my car came in at 1280 on the scales. Factoring out all the crap I had in the car (laptop, spare change of clothes, melways and other stuff plus the remaining petrol I had) I probably come in at 1270, maybe even high 1260's. Bit of a stretch to get there but not impossible.

So for a car that has a full body kit, 18" wheels, full exhaust including headers and a bit of weight reduction done (CF boot, bonnet and removal of non essential parts) I come in at 1270. Ive probably come from about 1315-1320 (stock 09 ES with a VRX spoiler) down to 1270.

Now its on to get into the low 1200's or high 1100's if I can. Seats are next up to be swapped for lighter ones, already know which ones I am getting. Each one comes in at 13kg. Anyone know how much a stock ES seat weighs??

Sprayed my rear bumper with Plastidip :)

Looks much better now. Less fat and more sporty for $40!

Though my spraying isn't too good.. some parts are a bit rough. Not sure if I can sand this..

Had my front bumper blacked out with some gloss vinyl. Friend's signwriting dad was able to help me out.

Thinking about doing some stripes next, although I'm not sure what sort.

Today I started a few projects I have been planning for a while.

I removed the front seats and roof lining.

The plan over the next few weeks is;
1. fit interior dome light
2. install blue led's under dash for front foot wells
3. fit blue led's under front seats for rear foot wells
4. hard wire dvd headrests and run all wires under the carpet and seats so they can not be seen
5. wire led's at the front of the cars to look like DRL's.
6. clean all rims inside and out.
7. rotate tires
8. remove rear discs and get them slotted like the front.
9. fit Elig front brake pads
10. redo front vinyl chrome between grills
11. fit blue led in boot

Here a few pictures of my car.
As you can see the front seats are out and the roof lining.

Most people probably have not seen what is under the roof lining with a sun roof.
