So I finally received my X-Factor design Evo X wing in the mail, christmas had come early for me! Imagine how disappointed I was when I saw this...
I did buy insurance though, so I guess I'll contact Shadows about where we go from here. I guess Xmas will have to wait a bit more

According to Shadows I now have to file some sort of damage report with the post office. I've never heard of Australia Post doing such a thing, but will hopefully work this out soon. I wonder what happens, do I send this back and get a new one? Or do I get a refund? ...ahh so many questions.

Did you have to bring the actual part back? Or are photos enough evidence? 'Cos the damn wing is so hard to lug around, lol.

Did they give you a report on the spot? Cos the post office staff attendent seemed to just want to get rid of me, gave me a form and envelope and told me to send the forms, along with photograph to their customer support centre.
