I'm surprised noone has made a thread about this game but it's awesome. Yes it's simplified, arcadey, and doesn't even have manual transmission or split screen...
... speaks for itself.
EDIT: If you are on PSN (PS3), add me: jace888. I need my speedwall to have some decent competition!

I was originally planning to get GT5 but then I'm not in the mood for realism. I've played so much Forza3 and learnt driving lines/tuned/etc... doing it all again just for better graphics isn't really going to keep me amused at the moment. I've been craving for some nice fun arcade racing and ramming guys off the road/flipping cars/dropping spike strips/etc...
NFS:HP is surprisingly polished for an arcade racer. It's also got a very unique appeal which I don't think is quite matched by any other arcade racers out there at the moment. There's something sweet about using a Bugatti Veyron as a cop car.
