Wondering if we could pin Eibach for false advertising. You technically don't "unleash the power" when you put in lowering springs... .

You probably could (althought they would say they were talking about handling power) and could probably pin heaps of companies that say their product is the best at something, or the original or blah blah blah but the court probably wont allow it if it is technically within the products purpose. If the box said "put these on and your car will become amphibious" then I think you could, but if they let a company get sued for not living up to what they promise in advertising it would open the floodgates so to speak and the whole system would colapse. Its like why if someone causes an accident, the guy in a car in the traffic caused by the accident cant sue the person at fault for being late for a really important meeting and losing his job for it. Everyone would be sueing everyone for everything, and then we would just be America
