The problem with squeaking etc is not so much the pads, bt the rotors. Factory Mitsubishi rotors have always been bad, and when you put good ceramic pads on them, they just become horrible sometimes. I highly recomend that if you do a RDA rotor / EBC Pad combination you won't go backwards

Dont get greens for an RA, get the Reds. Reds still perform perfectly fine on the lancer from cold. Get a stop or two into them though and they will ave alot more bite.
I have had no wears issues after doing around 30,000km+ on my RDA Slotted and Dimpled rotors with the EBC Red Stuff pads. They would have also had quite a few heavy heat cycles over the last 12+ months aswell...
