I'll be in Melb then for my sister's graduation. I've got my own place, so count me out of the hotel. But I'll have time to attend some of the planned activities.

Get them to run around Albert Park instead. Speed limit of 50 around that whole thing unless you get Little Miss Daisy or Grandpa Basil wanting to drive around at 10k. You will get the same at Arthurs Seat too, god help your patience if its tourist season...

What about a sprint to Apollo Bay and back? That will get you all to cross the river

Or mega sprint? If you can get everyone up early enough, head out to Arthurs Seat, come back down to Sorrento, hop on the ferry to Queenscliffe and sprint out to Apollo Bay then back to hotel. If everyone gets to Apollo Bay at a reasonable time and if everyone up for it, extend out to Port Cambpell.
