I saw a red CJ today at 4:20 where Thomas Rd becomes Winthrop Ave in Crawley. I think it had a bot lip spoiler (could be mistaken here it was driving by and I was concentrating on turning while it was going straight) but I definitely saw some sweet black rims. I think they are the Tenzo rims I saw on a red CJ at our last cruise...might have been the same car! I did however take down the number plate so I could find out Smile anyone with a red lancer and black rims (at least 18") have a number plate ending in 816?

That's me. :)

Yeah those rims look damn good. I got them together with rahul. But as he mentioned earlier. It's too wide for our car and as the guards can't be rolled. So we're waiting to see what can be done. :)

Yeh I think Rahul was talking about it at the cruise. Maybe I'll just have to powder coat the stock ones black instead.

Yeh I'm assuming it's going to be cheaper than buying after market rims and tires.

frankly the max u shud go is 18s or 19s the bare max but even 19s screw up ride n wear out ure suspension.... 18x8 sticks out a fair bit alrdy but just barely so its ok... 8.5 would stick out alot n would be illegal..... and u will be having trouble with parallel parkin and mught scrape ure rims... best option would be get 18s and lower the car which is what i m doin....
