A useful twitter feed for you people

The first one has a almost real time feed of "trapster" updates of mobile speed cameras and police presence, etc etc...

invaluable when I'm about to head out, quick flick to get a fair idea of where the mobile cams are likely to be with some degree of accuracy.

I also use the "trapster" app on my Android, also available on iphone, etc.

Also snarltraffic is on twitter as well. good to have those traffic apps on the i-phone . On twitter,can save a lot of hassles on getting caught in a gridlock.
