Yea mate they do..

i have a RX kinda like a ES.

i just bought a switch from super cheap n wired it myself but,

Ofey has the harness.. u have to email him for that mate

im just selling the fog lights n the cases.

u have to buy a wireing harness from mitsu

then if u want stock look have to buy a new light stalk for the car

those 2 items cost 200 ish try and source them off ofey

but i doing the same thing and just going to run a switch thru
